What is the difference between staying at your property and a hotel?
We offer cost-effective temporary accommodations. Our properties cost 50% less than a hotel room and offer more space and privacy too. You will find our properties offer all the amenities and comforts of a
5-Star Hotel.
What are your rates?
Rates can vary, depending on the property and length of your stay, but our rates are 50% less than hotels.
How do I pay?
We accept direct deposits or company’s checks, PayPal, Debit or Credit Cards & Government travel credit cards. We can also bill your company directly. Personal checks are not accepted.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes. We require a security deposit, that will be held for any incidentals or damages to the property.
Cleaning and Housekeeping
There are housekeeping and cleaning services available for a fee. Please contact us for more information.
How do I check in/ move in?
We will email you all the details and instructions to check into your apartment before your arrival date. One of our coordinators will guide you through. If, however, you are arriving outside of normal business hours (early morning or late evening), A lock box will be left on the apartment door with the key.
Do I need to set up any utilities?
Our fully furnished properties also include utilities, such as electricity, gas, water, trash pickup, cable, and high-speed internet. Please, bear in mind that if your electricity bill is greater than the allotted amount on your lease, you will be billed for the extra coverage.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 30 days. If you’re planning on a longer stay, you can rent our fully furnished apartments for as long as you need. We offer flexible easy extensions and no hidden fees.
At what time do I need to check out?
Check out time is at 11 am for all of our properties.
Where is your property located?
Right now our properties are located in the Memphis Midtown and Downtown areas.
What amenities and facilities are included in your properties?
Our properties are located in great communities that offer fitness centers, restaurants, entertainment business centers, BBQ areas, and much more. Each property is fully equipped with washer, dryer, all appliances, linens, towels and kitchenware, cable, high-speed internet, no-key access, flat screen TV’s with cable, and much more.
